I offer three distinct bodywork modalities. Each can stand alone or be woven together to create a deeply personalized experience. Many clients find that combining approaches works better than any single modality alone. This session honors the connection between physical tension and energetic stagnation. With Ayurvedic herbal oil that supports detoxification, replenishing your skin, muscles, and cells, I work with slow intention to encourage deep sustained calm. Vibrational sound therapy with tuning forks on marma points (Ayurvedic energy centers) and singing bowls on chakras is woven throughout to free stuck energy and restore flow. By tuning into the subtle rhythms of your craniosacral system, the membranes and fluid surrounding your brain and spinal cord, this work supports deep nervous system regulation, releases held trauma, and restores natural alignment. I trained with the Upledger Institute and studied with Steve Curtin, DO (trained by James Jealous, DO, and by shamanic healers). This therapy is especially beneficial for headaches, TMJ, chronic pain, nervous system dysregulation, and those seeking gentle yet transformative bodywork. Energy centers (chakras) can become blocked and knotted, and these blockages often manifest as physical pain or emotional distress. In this hands-on energy session, I use Ohm Therapeutics vibrational tuning forks on marmani points to open, settle, and balance your energy channels. Singing bowls placed on the body support clearing and harmonizing. I remain open to Nature, Plant, and Spirit allies that come forward to help you attune to your vibrant, whole Essence. Each modality stands alone beautifully, and they are even more powerful woven together. We can integrate massage with craniosacral work, layer essence attunement into bodywork, or build something entirely customized. You don't need to arrive with answers.
