Aster Flower Essence

For transition and spiritual connection

Ingredients: Wildcrafted New England Aster (Symphyotrichum novae-angliae), Cognac, Spring water

Gifts: Bridges the space between dimensions, supports dreaming, higher consciousness, adaptability, and the soul's transition through life passages, including dying

Directions: Take 1-3 drops under the tongue, in drinking or bath water, on chakra points, or simply hold for support.

2oz

Flower essences provide subtle, deep medicine and have real effects on our whole systems. To enliven your flower essence, sit quietly and ask for your specific help or guidance, then gently tap on your palm or heart.

Flower essences are made by gathering a plant's flowers and infusing them in water under the sun or moon. The essence of the plant's gifts is imbued in the water, which is then preserved with brandy. This "mother essence" is diluted a second time to make the "stock essence," and a third time to make the "flower essence."
