Marshmallow Flower Essence

Ingredients: Wildcrafted Marshmallow (Althaea officinalis), Cognac, Spring water

Flower essences provide subtle, deep medicine and have real effects on our whole systems. To enliven your flower essence, sit quietly and ask for your specific help or guidance, then gently tap on your palm or heart.

Flower essences are made by gathering a plant's flowers and infusing them in water under the sun or moon. The essence of the plant's gifts is imbued in the water, which is then preserved with cognac. This "mother essence" is diluted a second time to make the "stock essence," and a third time to make the "flower essence."
