Some of the most meaningful work happens in a room with other people. These group events draw on the same principles as individual sessions: tending to the nervous system, working with the body's innate intelligence, and giving you practical tools to carry into daily life. Each event type has its own page with current dates, details, and booking links.
A small women's circle rooted in the ancient tradition of pelvic herbal steaming. You'll receive a guided 10-minute herbal steam while Vivian tends the space with live sound and meditation. The circle moves through the history and wisdom of the practice, includes time for journaling and optional sharing, and closes with song. The full circle runs two hours. Limited to eight. $75 per ceremony.

Sound is one of the oldest medicines on earth. Vivian leads these sessions with gong, drum, voice, didgeridoo, and instruments gathered from around the world, creating a layered sonic environment designed to bring your brainwaves from ordinary waking state into deep rest. You lie down, settle in, and let the sound carry you. No prior meditation experience needed. Sessions run 60 to 90 minutes, $33 to $44, offered regularly in Scottsdale and the Phoenix area.
